Mural by Raman Bhardwaj for Rack Room Shoes Morrisville Store

To enhance the guest experience in their Morrisville retail store, Rack Room Shoes partnered with ArtPop Inspiration Projects to commission an original artwork by a local artist, which would tell the story of the NC Triangle area. Acclaimed Greensboro-based muralist Raman Bhardwaj was hired to bring Rack Room’s vision to life by designing and painting a vibrant mural that acts a backdrop to the store’s checkout counter!
Raman’s mural features a blend of buildings, landmarks, and waterbodies from areas throughout the Triangle area, resulting in a unique composite skyline. Raman rendered the scene in a vibrant watercolor-influenced style as a reference both the lively energy of the area and it’s diverse cultural population.
