Thank you for taking the time to learn more about ArtPop Street Gallery.

Since founding ArtPop in 2014, I remain constantly inspired by the artists of the Charlotte Region. Their talent is nothing short of world-class. Every time you look up and see a burst of color on a billboard or mural, that’s not just art, it’s connection. And it’s a privilege, not a guarantee, to experience that kind of beauty in public spaces.

ArtPop exists because I believe local artists deserve every opportunity to thrive and because our communities deserve access to art that reflects their lives, values, and hopes. We transform everyday spaces into open-air galleries, showcasing the extraordinary work of the creatives among us.

Now in our 12th year, I am filled with gratitude. To our billboard partners: thank you. Your generous in-kind contributions—valued at over $8.5 million annually, are what make our flagship program possible. You make it possible for local artists to be seen by millions.

To our donors, supporters, and friends: because of you, we continue to grow.

Our project management division, led with excellence by Dylan Bannister, is nearing its fifth year. Together, we’ve produced more than 70 unique projects and paid over $731,000 directly to local artists. That is your impact.

The Events and Upcycling divisions continue to thrive, we hope to see you at our events this year and of course at our annual Upcycled Fashion Show/Fundraiser.

ArtPop is powered by a remarkable team. Dylan and Vanessa, your dedication and belief in this mission moves me every day. Thank you for showing up with heart and vision - I deeply respect and admire you both.

To our Board of Directors, volunteers, and loyal donors - you’ve helped us carry this dream forward. And to every artist out there: I see you. I believe in you. Keep creating - whether it’s messy or magnificent. The world needs your voice.

And we’re not done. There is room to grow, more artists to elevate, more communities to reach. We intend to be here for it all.
