Terrell Milton, Jr. - Upcycled Female Streetwear
Modeled by Liz Smith
Billboard Artwork by Melissa D. Johnston
Featured in ArtPop’s 5th Annual Upcycled Fashion Show & Fundraiser
Terrell’s outfit modeled by Liz Smith brings his womenswear into a streetwear setting—rooted in the DNA of I Sew For Food but elevated with art as the centerpiece. The collection is a continuation of a design he created last year, now reimagined for a bold, feminine silhouette.
The first look pairs wide-leg pants with a medium-length, flowy train, designed to capture and move with one of the faces from the featured artwork by Melissa D. Johnson. The overall design blends denim with flowy and stretchy fabrics to enhance movement and give the pants a fluid, effortless motion on the runway.
The second piece, a cropped tee, becomes a canvas of its own—featuring ArtPop, Melissa D. Johnston, and I Sew For Food in a wearable expression of creative partnership. The third look introduces a layered, rounded jacket, a nod to the structural piece from last season’s runway but reinterpreted for this collaboration.
Meet the Designer:
Terrell’s streetwear brand, called I Sew For Food, is inspired by “the valley of shadows” with design silhouettes that pull from 80’s hip hop/punk, and 90’s urban/grunge eras.
