This stunning interior printed mural titled Intersect has found its home at the new office of our friends Next Stage Consulting! This beautiful mural depicts the power of collaboration and the intersection of social change. Local muralist Darion Fleming brought Next Stage's creative vision to life with his original illustration in this Inspiration Project.
Artist Impact Statement:
“For this work I focused on portraying a sense of togetherness, teamwork, and connection. The strings are representative of using teamwork to build the intersections that support the six sectors of Next Stage. In the middle is a heart, formed by these many intersections, representing the work Next Stage does to help build a more loving and supportive community. You’ll notice the heart is also made up of six different colored sectors; nonprofits, municipalities, private sector, philanthropy, faith institutions, and neighborhoods. I chose these colors to relate to the heart of the city with hues of purples and blues.”
